This property is now owned by Apollo Drive Investments Limited which is a PIE Fund and will give investors the same benefits as direct property ownership in addition to the tax benefits applicable to PIE entities.

71 Apollo Drive is an outstanding industrial property located in the tightly held Albany area. The property is leased to InterMed Medical Limited, a privately owned NZ company that supplies medical and PPE equipment across Australasia.
