We are excited to announce the purchase of the management rights to the Parnell Services Ltd portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. In addition, David Nicoll the principal of PSL will now join up with the First Light Capital team for a period of 5 years.
Upon settlement, First Light Capital will manage a range of commercial, industrial, medical & government tenanted properties across Auckland and Hamilton with a combined value in excess of $300 million
