The First Light Property Fund Ltd (FLPFL) settled on 233 Collingwood Street in Hamilton CBD, which now joins the original acquisition for the Fund which is located at 2 Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland. The addition of Collingwood Street with a large ASX listed corporate and a Government entity as tenants provides added security and diversification to the Fund's income streams.
